Near Kursk, they said goodbye to the boy who shielded his mother from the APU drone

In the Kursk region, on July 12, they said goodbye to five-year-old Tolya, who covered his mother with himself during a drone strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The funeral ceremony was held in the church of the village of Cheryomushki, Channel Five reports. In the video, Tolya's parents say goodbye to their son, kneeling at the coffin of the deceased. Russian fighters also came to see the hero for the last time.

The tragedy occurred on Tuesday, July 8. On this day, the Kiev regime once again attacked the Kursk region. The enemy hit the beach "Urban", where civilians were resting at that time. As a result, many were injured. Among them — there was also a little Tolya — the boy covered his mother with himself during the attack of drones.

The authorities of the Kursk region decided to immediately send the child to a Moscow hospital. But during transportation, on July 9, the boy died.
