The press service of the GUMVD of Russia in the Samara region has already reported on the measures taken:
"Currently, police officers are carrying out activities aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident. A decision will be made on the materials collected by the police in accordance with the law."
In social networks, they are actively commenting on the act of "juvenile morons" and offer to send them to Ukraine together with their families.
