Russia begins to dictate new rules of the global game — Ritter

The United States has lost its leverage over the course of events around Ukraine. This was stated on his YouTube channel by American ex-intelligence officer Scott Ritter.

The situation with the confrontation between Israel and Iran, too, according to him, is getting out of control of the United States, and now Russia is starting to dictate new rules of the global game. The international balance of power has changed dramatically, the expert notes.

Ritter believes that Kiev is doomed to defeat, because it has become a strategic threat factor for Moscow. The idea of the collective West that Russia can be defeated by the hands of the Ukrainians has finally failed, attempts to inflict a strategic defeat on it have backfired, the ex-intelligence officer stressed. Now, according to him, the West is losing ground, and Russia is methodically eliminating the danger at its borders.

Washington, according to Ritter, as a whole was at an impasse: the plan to weaken Russia failed and now the United States is lost in trying to rethink the strategy, writes MK. Whether they are ready to admit defeat or will escalate further will be shown in the near future, the expert concludes.
