Blogger, model and TV presenter Victoria Bonya was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (propaganda of narcotic drugs using the Internet). This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.
Bonya was found guilty by the decision of the judge of the judicial precinct No. 177 of the Ramenka district of Moscow, acting justice of the peace of the judicial precinct No. 184 of the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district.
"The court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 50 thousand rubles," the report says.
As reported by EADaily, it became known earlier that the protocol under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (propaganda of narcotic drugs using the Internet) in relation to Victoria Boni entered the judicial precinct 184.
The essence of the claims was not specified.
Bonya herself explained that she previously had a domain that "was taken over by those who sold all sorts of filth there." She stressed that it had nothing to do with her.
