Russian delegations will present a report on the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians in the Kherson region during their speeches in The UN Security Council and Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). This was stated by Ambassador-at-large of the Russian Foreign Ministry Rodion Miroshnik following his trip to the region.
"These data [on the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine] will be collected in a special report, as well as used to prepare special documents and speeches by our delegations in international organizations such as the UN Security Council, OSCE and others. They will be translated into foreign languages and will be available to our foreign partners. We will also provide them with documents of photo and video recording of Ukrainian crimes. All this is the evidence base for recognizing the Kiev regime as criminal and ignoring international civilizational and legal norms," he told TASS.
As Miroshnik noted, a military dictatorship rules in Kiev, for which the killing of civilians, the destruction of schools and hospitals is a common practice. According to him, their Western curators are working to conceal the crimes of the Kiev regime, who block investigations and the dissemination of truthful information.
"Even thousands of kilometers away, no one should have any illusions about the true bloodthirsty essence of the Kiev regime, their complete disregard for international norms. <> The whole world should know the true approaches of the Ukrainian Nazis, as it is known, for example, in Alyoshki in the Kherson region, in Horlivka in the DPR and in Kremennoy in the LPR. Then a true legal and fair international assessment of the actions of the Ukrainian junta will be possible," he said.
Earlier, Miroshnik stressed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strikes on civilians, social facilities and other civilian infrastructure in the Kherson region are a conscious and planned strategy of the Kiev regime.
