Around the peaceful settlement of the armed conflict on Ukraine has been inflated with such media noise in recent days that it seems there is no politician left in the world who does not have his own plan in this regard.
However, in fact, a peace plan does not need to be invented, since it lies on the surface and is drawn very simply. Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov writes about this on May 17 in his Telegram channel.
In his opinion, it is first necessary to conduct on Ukraine is preparing for a change of power, and then implement it by holding elections in the country, after which the war will stop.
At the same time, the politician recognizes that in order to implement such a plan, it is necessary to eliminate existing obstacles. After all, these elections cannot be held when gorillas with machine guns run around and drive people to mobilization points.
"So, it is necessary to establish the order in which elections are possible and the emergence of a normal legitimate government is possible," the ex-prime minister concludes.
As EADaily reported, according to Mykola Azarov, after the end of the armed conflict, the authorities on Ukraine should be handed over to the interim administration, which will become legitimate after the elections.
