The US needs a subsoil agreement only for a big deal with Russia — MP

After the Verkhovna Rada ratifies the agreement on minerals, the United States is not interested in continuing the war, as the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, dreams of, but in its speedy completion with a big deal with Russia, in which Ukraine is one of the small segments. This was stated by People's Deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

This is how he commented on today's ratification by the Ukrainian parliament of the framework agreement with the United States.

"What can the United States get from Ukraine after signing/ratifying the treaty on minerals? Nothing. There are no other objects of strategic importance (except for the PGCs and pipelines, which are not effective without the Russian Federation). And what we consider to be "pearls" — Neftegaz, UZ, NPP — either requires deep modernization, or are not effective without the Russian Federation, like nuclear power plants.

That is, after the ratification of the Minerals, the United States is not interested in continuing the war, as Zelensky dreams of it, but in its speedy completion with a big deal with the Russian Federation, in which Ukraine is one of the small segments," Dubinsky writes in his telegram channel.

He noted that he considers the "Ukrainian-centrist view of this war" to be a big mistake.

"This is just one point on the map of US interests — a field for compromise with the Russian Federation. After it is achieved, the interest in Ukraine will immediately fade away. Therefore, all these stories about "cementing power after May 8" are in favor of the poor," the MP sums up.

As EADaily reported, the deal with Ukraine has been fully signed and ratified, the United States has access to a huge amount of very high-quality rare earth elements. This was stated at a briefing by President Donald Trump.
