The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine will appeal to The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) to establish the recording location of the video with the song "Where the Motherland begins" and the subsequent opening of production in case the Russian singer Valeria violates the Ukrainian border and sanctions prohibiting her from entering the country. This was stated by the head of the department Nikolai Tochitsky.
This is how he reacted to the video recording of the song "Where the Motherland begins" performed by Valeria against the backdrop of urban ruins.
As explained by Valeria's husband and her producer Joseph Prigozhin, it's not the new Russian territories that are in the frame, but the scenery for the movie "Not on the Lists" based on Boris Vasiliev's novel that will be released tomorrow.
