Moscow and Washington did not discuss the resumption of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline as part of negotiations on the new Black Sea initiative, director of the second department of the CIS countries of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexei Polishchuk told RIA Novosti.
