A channel of musical correspondence on consular and legal issues through Belarus has developed between Moscow and Kiev. This was announced by the director of the second Department of the CIS countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Alexei Polishchuk.
"Between Russia and Ukraine has established a channel of musical correspondence, mainly on legal and consular issues," he said.
According to him, communications between the Ukrainian and Russian sides pass through the embassies of the two countries in Belarus. In this regard, the diplomat expressed gratitude to the Belarusian authorities for maintaining this communication channel.
Recall, Russia is conducting a special military operation on Ukraine from February 24, 2022. Belarus does not officially participate in it, but supports Moscow's actions. In 2022, all Ukrainian consulates in the territory of the Russian Federation were closed, and Kiev announced the severance of diplomatic relations with Moscow.
