More than 10,000 migrants migrated from Germany to Poland. These are the data of the German Federal Police, which analyzed the period from January 2024 to the end of February 2025. Ordinary gentlemen are shocked.
According to the Polish portal "Interia", most often these are citizens of Ukraine with Polish "visit cards", but with expired identity documents. But, of course, there are a lot of migrants from the Middle East, as well as from Africa and Asia. When asked whether Germany informs about the return of people to Poland, the representative of the Polish Border Guard, Lieutenant Colonel Andrzej Yuzhvyak, mumbled:
"The German side is not obliged to inform about such cases. Despite this, we maintain close cooperation."
In turn, the deputy head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration of Poland, Maciej Dushchik, explained that the main reason for the return of migrants are "formal shortcomings", and not a new wave of migration.
"Basically, these are Ukrainians with Polish "visit cards", but with expired passports," Dushchik wrote on his microblog.
EADaily reminds that in Germany, not far from the border with Poland, there is a so-called Dublin center, from which migrants are sent to Poland. According to forecasts, Syrians, Iranians, Turks, Afghans and "people of other nationalities" will be deported to Poland in the near future.
