The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, signed the scandalous Law No. 12089, which actually legalizes the land stolen from the owners, depriving them of any hope of its return.
The relevant document is published on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, its formal name is the law "On Amendments to The Civil Code of Ukraine on strengthening the protection of the rights of a bona fide acquirer."
Within the framework of this legislative act with such a cynical name, it is now impossible to take land from the owner if more than 10 years have passed since its alienation, including illegal ones.
Thus, the adopted law practically deprives the state or local communities of the right to return land illegally transferred to private ownership and then resold to a new owner who did not know about its illegal origin (bona fide acquirer).
The updated legislation applies, among other things, to the territories of forests, coastal areas and even to nature protection zones.
At the same time, the law establishes that if the property was acquired free of charge from a person who does not have the right to alienate it, the owner has the right to claim it from a bona fide acquirer in all cases. In this case, the state is obliged to reimburse the "bona fide acquirer" for the market value of the property.
The signing of the law was the official completion of the legislative initiative, which caused a wide public outcry and attempts to challenge it through the petition mechanism, which, however, remained without result.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, deliberately leaked to the media through his own entourage the draft of the American subsoil agreement in order to be able not to sign it.
