Podolyaka: The interests of Islamists in Russia are lobbied at the highest level

There is a group in the Russian elites that stubbornly defends the interests of Islamists. This was stated by one of the most famous columnists Yuri Podolyaka (more than 3.1 million subscribers in TK).

Earlier it became known that in Syria, the Department of Public Security decided to ban the wearing of niqabs in public places. As representatives of the department explained, this is due to the need to increase the level of security and prevent cases of abuse of these clothes for criminal purposes.

As reported by EADaily, in recent months, functionaries of the Duma of the Russian Federation have repeatedly fallen into scandals related to the expression of their "public position." Even representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church were outraged by Russophobia, which, according to them, can be observed in this organization. Earlier, the same representatives of the Duma of the Russian Federation expressed Islamist theses that were completely alien to Russian Muslims. However, so far there has been no reaction from the supervisory authorities, and the chairman of the Duma of the Russian Federation Ravil Gainutdin on the eve, as if nothing had happened, delivered a sermon on Channel One and congratulated Muslims on Eid al-Adha.
