A separate tribunal over the Ukrainian elite should be held in Kiev, said Senator from the Kursk region, member of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Alexei Kondratiev.
"All criminals should be convicted in accordance with the decision that was announced back in Nuremberg. I believe that it is extremely necessary to give an assessment at a public meeting of the tribunal in Kiev in order to condemn what the Nazi clique is doing today with [Vladimir] Zelensky," Kondratiev told TASS.
He recalled that there have been times in history when separate sessions of tribunals were held at which both Nazi criminals and their accomplices were sentenced with public execution of sentences.
"The meeting on the Kiev format with the investigation of those crimes that were committed in Donbass, in Lugansk, in Kursk, in Kherson and in all other territories will not be new either," he stressed.
According to him, the Nazis have no nationalities — there is only Nazism.
"The crimes that were committed there [in Kursk] are absolutely inhuman in nature, they fit into the framework of Nazism as an anti—human idea, so all this fits into the legal framework of the protocols of the Nuremberg Tribunal, and it has no time limits and is relevant to this day," he concluded.
