Under the cover of tanks, Russian attack aircraft captured a large stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Alexander-Kalinovsky direction. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces organized a large stronghold on the territory of the mine, which prevented the advance of our attack aircraft. The calculation of the UAV revealed the firing positions of the enemy and transmitted the coordinates to the tankers. The crew of the T-72 tank destroyed the identified enemy firing points from a closed firing position," the department's telegram channel says.

As reported by EADaily, the establishment of control over the city of Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk) in the DPR, which is an important node of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, opens the way for the liberation of Konstantinovka and the exit to the flank of the enemy's Kramatorsk grouping. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
