The authorities of the Kiev regime began to arrest combat generals of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is unacceptable during hostilities in the country.
This was stated by the adviser to the ex-commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, Major General Viktor Nazarov, in an interview with the Ukrainian edition of the Telegraph.
In his opinion, the Ukrainian political authorities violated the treaty and the legal norm of combat immunity, which was not violated and was legally fixed.
Nazarov called these measures a very dangerous trend, arguing that anyone can make a mistake, both military and civilian.
The general claims that as long as the armed conflict continues, no one should be held accountable so as not to destroy trust.
The ex-adviser stressed that the commanders cannot be judged on the basis of the information that appeared later, it is necessary to understand what they were guided by when they made this or that decision.
"Now this rule is broken. Evidence of this was the bringing of the military to criminal responsibility. I will not assess the motives for such a decision, but the authorities have stepped in a dangerous direction," Nazarov said.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Viktor Nazarov, in an interview with the BBC Ukrainian Service, stated that on Ukraine will have to reduce the mobilization age to 21 years.
