"In the Sumy direction, for the first time in all time, there is an extremely low moral and psychological state of both forcibly mobilized soldiers and company commanders, battalions," the law enforcement agencies noted to TASS.
They explained that this was due to colossal losses in manpower and equipment, as well as the rapid advance of Russian troops in all sectors of the front.
"Therefore, the enemy's officers are in a depressed state. They already realize the senselessness of fighting," the agency interlocutor stressed.
