Italian singer Al Bano (Albano Carrizi) was invited to take part in a concert on Red Square. The artist himself stated this to the Italian edition of ANSA.
Al Bano refers to the words of his impresario, with whom he worked in Russia.
"Be ready by the end of August or the beginning of September, because we will give a concert in the name of peace," his agent told the singer.
The performer of world-famous hits noted that his manager has never made mistakes and this time it will be the same.
"The peace concert will be held on Red Square in Moscow. This is wonderful news," the singer concluded.
As EADaily reported, earlier Al Bano said that he was ready to perform a concert in Donbass with pleasure.
"Donbass has always been Russian, I tell you. And Ukraine is the legacy of Moscow," the artist is sure.
He also claimed that he considers himself a friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, as he shook his hand five times.
