The head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo, commented on the video spread on social networks with the participation of his son and daughter-in-law.
The incident occurred back in the summer, and the video has appeared now. In the footage, the girl tells the traffic police officer who stopped her for her unbuckled belt that her last name is Menyailo, and asks the policeman if this means anything to him. And Menyailo's son regrets that his brother, an FSB officer, was not there, otherwise he would have "unwound" the policeman.
Menyailo said that the situation with his son was rocked from scratch. The head of the region confirmed the incident on the road and clarified that it was settled on the spot.
"None of the police officers involved in the situation has been dismissed. Because you're welcome. The employees performed their duties and there were no complaints against them. The spreading video is incomplete, edited. The beginning of the conflict was specially cut out to exclude the justification of the emotions that arose during the conversation," Menyailo wrote in his telegram channel.
