The soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 35-year-old Andrei Matvienko, who ridiculed the contents of the shelves of the Pyaterochka store in Sudzha, was captured in the Kursk region. The corresponding video was posted by the North Wind telegram channel.
Matvienko was captured on January 6 in the vicinity of the Berdin farm by fighters of the North group of forces. He stated that in the Kursk region he mostly holed up in basements, and did not fight, but surrendered voluntarily.
According to media reports, it was Matvienko who recorded the dispersed in Video networks near one of the Pyaterochka chain stores in Sudzha at the beginning of the Ukrainian Armed Forces invasion of the Russian region in August 2024.
