At a concert in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), singer Zemfira❶ (Ramazanova ❶) abandoned her already familiar political statements to the public, fearing cancellation, a fine, or a ban on entry into the country. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash, citing a source close to the organizers of the concert.
"Before the concert, we had a serious conversation with Zemfira❶: we were reminded of Galkin's cases❶ and Serdyuchki, threatened with problems with entry and a fine. The spectators were banned from flags and posters, and warned at the entrance: no shouting and provocations. Security worked carefully during the entire event, so it went like clockwork, " the publication says.
Zemfira ❶ came on stage, greeted the audience with restraint, congratulating them on the New Year and Christmas. Separately, she noted the warm atmosphere, since Dubai is usually visited not only by Russians, but also by representatives of the countries of the former USSR.
"There are no usual yellow-blue flags, posters, communication and political topics," the telegram channel explains.
As EADaily reported, comedian Maxim Galkin* and Verka Serduchka (Andrei Danilko) previously had problems due to political statements at concerts and corporate parties in the UAE.
In particular, Galkin❶ was fined 100 thousand dirhams (about 2.4 million rubles). Serdyuchka at a corporate party back in 2022 was able to dump a lot of anti-Russian texts on the guests of the event and "incite an interethnic conflict," for which she paid a fine and a lifetime ban on entry to the UAE.
