The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tried to arrange an environmental disaster in the Sea of Azov by targeting an empty tank of petroleum products in the Berdyansk port with a guided missile. This was stated by the governor of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balitsky.
"The enemy launched a guided missile attack on the port of Berdyansk. There are no casualties. The fires formed as a result of the arrival have been extinguished. The missile attack did not affect the port's performance. The blow was aimed at one of the empty storage tanks for petroleum products.
