"The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Velikaya Novoselka fell into a semi-vertigo. The ticks around the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison in the village are shrinking," said Rogov, quoted by RIA Novosti.
The Russian Armed Forces control the approaches to the village from the eastern and northern sides, its girth continues from the south and west, Rogov added.
