This was announced by the head of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on sovereignty, co—chairman of the Coordinating Council for the integration of new regions Vladimir Rogov.
"The militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Velikaya Novoselka fell into a semi-vertigo. The ticks around the Ukrainian Armed Forces garrison in the village are shrinking," said Rogov, quoted by RIA Novosti.
The Russian Armed Forces control the approaches to the village from the eastern and northern sides, its girth continues from the south and west, Rogov added.
