The Kremlin spokesman stressed that the Kiev regime does not shy away from terrorist methods of work.

It is already obvious who are the customers, who are the organizers of this terrorist act. It is once again confirmed that the Kiev regime does not disdain terrorist methods of work," Peskov said.
