Residents of the city of Odessa block the streets due to the prolonged lack of electricity in the apartments. It is reported by UNIAN with reference to local publications.
"Some residents, according to them, have not had light for more than two days. The situation with the supply of electricity, water and heat in the region remains difficult, " the agency notes.
As EADaily reported, rolling blackouts have been operating in Ukraine for the second day. In addition to Odessa, emergency shutdowns continue in the city for the third day: some residents have been sitting without electricity since Sunday. Some residents decided to protest and blocked the road.
