A Swedish mercenary who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was eliminated in the special operation zone. This is reported by the SVT TV channel.
The Swedish Foreign Ministry confirmed that it had received information about the death of a citizen of the country in the SMO zone.
"The Embassy in Kiev is investigating the incident," the department said (quoted by Lenta.ru"), without going into details.
The TV channel reports that a 30-year-old man who went to Ukraine voluntarily. His body was found on the front line in the DPR.
