The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova laughed at the appearance of the chief European diplomat Josep Borrell, who arrived in the capital of Ukraine for the fifth time on a visit. The corresponding photo appeared in Zakharova's telegram channel.
"Borrel has arrived in Kiev. First of all, it's beautiful," the diplomat wrote and added a laughing smiley face at the end of the message.
