Major-General Mirza Mirzaev, the deputy head of the Rosgvardiya rear arrested in Moscow, complained that he was treated "worse than an animal" in the temporary detention facility. He claims that Petrovka employees rudely communicated with him and damaged his personal belongings, the Mash telegram channel reports.
"Now Mirzaev is in jail No. 4 "The bear.“ I am satisfied with the conditions, cellmates called "intelligent people." As the detainee told the public monitoring commission, he moved to Moscow for a new position recently. And immediately this," writes TK.
Mirzaev was detained in Rostov-on-Don on November 2 and taken to Moscow. On November 3, the deputy head of the Rosgvardiya rear was arrested in Moscow. He will be in custody until January 2, 2025.
According to investigators, the 52-year-old former deputy commander of the Southern District of the Russian Guard demanded 140 million from the supplier of modules for prefabricated buildings and threatened to break the contract worth 480 million if there was no money. The company transferred the cash to the general through an intermediary, they were both detained, recalls Mash.
Mirzaev's defense asked for house arrest, but the court insisted on a pre-trial detention center for such a crime during a special Russian military operation on Ukraine.
