The Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia has established the circumstances of the theft of another property complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense — located in Moscow and consisting of 24 real estate objects with a total value of more than 700 million rubles. This is reported by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
We are talking about a criminal case on charges of Nikolai Grachev, the former head of the Department of Problem Assets of the Main Directorate of the Arrangement of Troops, JSC, and Alexey Astashkin, the bankruptcy trustee of the Moscow Region Construction Management OJSC, owned by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, as well as citizen Yevgeny Potapov and individual entrepreneur Sergei Ovchinnikov, of fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 Criminal Code OF THE Russian Federation).

It is noted that earlier the investigation established the involvement of Grachev, Astashkin and Potapova to the theft of a property complex in Balashikha. Ovchinnikov is wanted. Grachev, Astashkin and Potapov is in custody.
