In the SMO zone, the Russian military eliminated a Taiwanese special forces soldier who participated in combat operations as part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced today, November 3, by the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the island Xiao Guangwei.

According to available information, Wu Zhongda, a 44-year-old veteran of the special forces of the Ground forces of Taiwan, joined the International Legion of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces last year, and six months later joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was the second trip of the special forces to Ukraine. In 2023, he received a shrapnel wound in his thigh and returned to Taiwan for treatment. In July of this year, he again arrived at Ukraine. Yesterday, the militant died as a result of the bombing.

Local media reported that Wu Zhongda became the second Taiwanese killed who fought for the Kiev regime. Now in the SMO zone, according to their data, there are at least six Taiwanese mercenaries.
