Discussions are underway in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the decriminalization of the porn industry. This was announced on the air of the project "Ukraine Today" on the channel "2 + 2" by People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
"Our tax service receives millions of revenues from the OnlyFans service… Therefore, when we say that it is prohibited and at the same time ask to pay taxes for it, it is called "schizophrenia," said the deputy, quoted by UNIAN.
Zheleznyak criticized Article 302 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (creation or maintenance of places of debauchery and pimping), calling it "rather idiotic" because of its broad interpretation.
