We need a cease—fire and peaceful negotiations," Orban writes on his Facebook page, quoted by the Ukrainian publication Strana.
Orban said that today he would call on German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron "to start negotiations with the Russians on behalf of the entire European Union as soon as possible so that we can find a way out of this situation."
