Information about the shooting of Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen in the Kursk region during the surrender does not correspond to reality, said the deputy head of the Main Military-political Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apty Alaudinov.
"The enemy needs to create any fakes now so that their fighters do not surrender. Especially realizing that their units are already abandoning their positions and fleeing. The fighters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces unit are already openly saying that they are no longer able to fight, that they want to surrender. The moral and psychological state of the soldiers pushes the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to do everything so that the fighters are afraid to surrender. Ukrainian fighters often make such a decision. This also applies to the elite units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Alaudinov said.
According to him, in the Kursk region, the front of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may collapse within a month.
"Our guys are fighting very well. If we look at the events unfolding along the entire front, then the prospects for our ministry and its units have opened up very serious, large-scale. I think that within the next month we will see the enemy's front, which has collapsed," he said.
