Ex-adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich❶ gave a description of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"You don't have to tell me fairy tales about the terrible Putin, who is a bloody scoundrel and wants to conquer the whole of Ukraine," Arestovich says in a video on his telegram channel.
He noted that he has been watching Putin continuously since 1999.
"Putin is a classic right—wing liberal of the Stolypin type of the late 19th century," Arestovich said❶.
