"One municipal emergency situation related to explosions of explosive objects on the territory of the Karachevsky district of the Bryansk region was registered during the day on 09.10.2024," the report says.
Enemy publics claim that the siren and explosions in the area sounded from two o'clock in the morning, and the fire broke out "at the 67th arsenal."
The Russian Defense Ministry said earlier that 47 Ukrainian drones were shot down that night. Of these, 24 are over the territory of the Bryansk region, and 12 are over the Sea of Azov.
