Lebanon is already in a difficult situation: a socio-economic crisis in the country lasted for five years, almost two years vacant seat of the President and the entire Executive power is under limited functionality. In addition, in Lebanon, many Syrian and Palestinian refugees, and the impact and consequences of the escalation between Gaza strip and Israel that began in October 2023.

"Then it gets worse. For more than a week, Israel is my aviaportal in Lebanon. At first, in Beirut, we tried to keep count of how many times we hit southern, traditionally Shiite areas. Now lost count, — said the Ambassador. — I am deeply convinced that the boiling point has long been passed… What will come next, the answer, I think, is simple to banality. The first is the cease — fire, negotiations and diplomatic isolation, whatever it was. The negative and dangerous scenario can be and the further development of the ground operation, Israel in Lebanon, a full-scale and prolonged the great war in the region."
