The company "Knees of the bee", which belongs to the blogger, actress and TV presenter Anastasia Ivleeva, sued the Smolensk plant "Power of Warriors Eurasia" for about 5 million rubles. This is evidenced by the documents published in the file of arbitration cases.
In February of this year, LLC "Knees of the Bee" appealed to the arbitration court with a demand to recover 4.58 million rubles from LLC "Power of Warriors Eurasia". The plant produced drinks under the Easy Peasy brand, but there were questions about the quality of the products — the products were stored improperly, the cans were corroded, microbiological contamination was allowed.
The court satisfied the requirements of Ivleeva's company, and during the trial the amount even increased to 5 million rubles. The court rejected the claim regarding the requirement to take out the goods. In addition, the blogger's company was refunded the state fee.
According to the telegram channel Shot, before the naked party, Easy Peasy brought in almost half a billion in revenue.
As reported by EADaily, a private seller nastyaivleeva (Nastya Ivleeva), whose nickname and photo match Ivleeva's data, sells clothes, shoes and accessories on one of the largest Russian resale platforms Oskelly. The platform presents 149 items from this seller for a total of about 6.9 million rubles.
