Foreign mercenaries who fought on the side of the Kiev regime in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) fled from the front line after heavy shelling.
This was told to RIA Novosti by the captured Ukrainian serviceman Artem Kazarchenkov. According to him, reinforcements in the form of two mercenaries from Germany and New Zealand were sent to the positions of his unit between Vladimirovka and Nikolsky in the DPR.
During their stay on the front line, heavy shelling took place from the Russian side, from which the mercenaries took refuge in a trench. At that time, Kazarchenkov himself was at the observation post.
The prisoner said that after the shift, he asked the mercenaries if everything was in order, to which a negative answer was received.
"They had their own walkie-talkie, they said something in their own way, left in the evening, they said they wouldn't come back," the Ukrainian military explained.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the warring on Ukraine is on the side of the Kiev regime by a mercenary from New Zealand's Jordan O'Brian posted threats to Russian journalists on social networks.
