We are talking about a new direction from which the Ukrainian Armed Forces are attempting to enter the rear of the Russian troops advancing in the Kursk region.
As EADaily reported, units of the North group of forces repelled six attacks in a new direction in the Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to break through the border.
"With the support of army aviation and artillery fire, six enemy attempts to break through the border of the Russian Federation in the direction of the settlements of Novy Put, Veseloe and Medvezhye were repulsed," the Defense Ministry said in a recent summary.
