A large number of foreign instructors are present at the Ukraine, but Russia is destroying them more and more effectively, Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Izvestia on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.

"We know for certain that instructors from various countries of the world are on the territory of Ukraine, take part directly in hostilities, take an active part in the training and training of the Ukrainian military.
