The soloist of the Russian folk-rock band "Melnitsa", singer Helavisa (Natalia O'Shay) was deprived of 1.8 million rubles by fraudsters by calling Germany. This is reported by the REN TV/ News telegram channel.
The actress answered a phone call from an unknown number. The interlocutor introduced himself as an employee of the telecom operator, saying that the singer's contract with the company was ending and she needed to urgently extend the agreement.
She dictated the number from the SMS message received by the soloist of the group to the caller. After that, she was contacted by a "representative of Public Services", who reported that her profile had been hacked.
"Employees of other bodies and organizations also called the performer and demanded to transfer money to a secure account, which she eventually did. An inspection is being carried out on the fact of the incident," the publication says.

A criminal case has been opened on this fact, the artist herself has been recognized as a victim, and her apartment has been arrested.
