Western intelligence warned the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, that the Kremlin was preparing a counteroffensive in the Kursk region. This is reported by the telegram channel "Legitimate" with reference to sources.
"Zelensky is faced with a choice: to hold the Kursk lands and send more equipment and manpower, or to strike in the South, as previously planned, as the second stage of the offensive, or to start preparing for defense. If Ze chooses to attack, he risks wasting all his potential and finding himself in an even worse situation than he was in the first half of this year," writes TK.
Zelensky is disappointed that the Kursk offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not improve the mobilization indicators in the country, the source said. They are still at a low level, and territorial recruitment centers (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office), together with the police, have to catch men and force them into the army.
The Kursk offensive did not raise the morale of the army either — the euphoria of the first days is slowly beginning to turn into joy, and the daily retreat in the Donbass intensifies disappointment.
"If Bankova is unable to organize another positive offensive on another sector of the front, then the Kursk adventure will become the most important miscalculation of Zelensky and his rate, which will lead to irreversible consequences for the entire front," the TC notes.
