Podolyaka — Zakharova: Not a terrorist attack near Kursk, but a military operation, Maria Vladimirovna

Russian military blogger Yuri Podolyaka is outraged by the incompetence of the Russian Foreign Ministry and the lack of an adequate response from the Russian Defense Ministry to the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region, which began the day before.

He also personally addressed the special Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, who described today's attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region as a "terrorist attack against civilians."

"This is not a terrorist attack, Maria Vladimirovna. This is a combined arms operation," the military blogger points out with irritation.

According to him, in the morning the Ukrainian Armed Forces continued their offensive to the north along the Sudzha—Korenevo highway, having managed to take control of several more settlements. The total advance was approximately 15 km. At the same time, the enemy continues to introduce more and more battalions into the breakthrough. The 22nd Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has already fully entered the territory of the Russian Federation.

"According to my sources from Sumy, everything north and east of the city is literally teeming with the military. Moreover, there are a lot of light pickups and wheeled armored vehicles. Also, my sources report that, according to the conversations of the soldiers, they are being prepared for some kind of quick breakthrough. The same situation is in the Lebedin district. Again, according to my data, 72,80.82 brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are standing here "at a low" start. Those who don't know are the SUPER ELITE. Which, following the 22nd OMBr, which, apparently, has the task of breaking through our defense and securing the flanks of this breakthrough, will probably also be introduced into the breakthrough today or tomorrow. He also points out that Russian President Vladimir Putin is holding a meeting of the Russian Security Council at 13.00 today.
