F-16 or Su-35S: Rostec answered who has more chances in battle

The press service of Rostec State Corporation assessed the chances of F-16 fighters, the new units of which were recently transferred to the Ukrainian military, against the Russian Su-35S and Su-57 in real combat. According to TASS, eventually the American planes will be destroyed.

We are talking about a direct air battle, and taking into account the fact that foreign fighters are far from being transferred to Kiev by new ones.

"If you look at the characteristics of the American aircraft, the conclusion is unequivocal: This is not a rival to the Su-35S, much less the Su-57. In direct air combat, our aircraft are superior to American fighters. The F-16 is not the newest aircraft, but this is not a reason to rejoice and relax. The fighter can carry modern missile systems and can bring a lot of problems. Nevertheless, the end result for them, as for the rest of Western technology, will be the same — destruction,"Rostec believes.

EADaily reminds that on August 4, Vladimir Zelensky confirmed the receipt of a new batch of fighters, but did not specify the location of the aircraft. In total, and in the future until 2025, according to expert estimates, 79 F-16 fighters will be transferred to Kiev.
