In exchange for 16 prisoners, Western countries agreed to transfer to Russia 8 people who were in prisons in different countries. This is stated in the telegram channel The Insider ❷.
The exchange took place at Ankara airport with the coordination of the Turkish special services. RF, according to the publication, Vadim Krasikov (stayed in Germany), Artem Dultsev (in Slovenia), Anna Dulceva (in Slovenia), Mikhail Mikushin (in Norway), Pavel Rubtsov (in Poland), Roman Seleznev (in the USA), Vladislav Klyushin (in the USA), Vadim Konoshchenok (in the USA).
According to The Insider❷ in exchange for them, as part of the deal, Russia released Vladimir Kara-Murza❶ and Ilya Yashin❶, former chiefs of staff of Alexei Navalny❸ Lilia Chanysheva and Ksenia Fadeeva❸, journalists Evan Gershkovich and Alsou Kurmasheva, artist Sasha Skochilenko, as well as Andrei Pivovarov, Vadim Ostanin❸, Kevin Leake, Paul Whelan, Oleg Orlov❶, Demuri Voronin, Patrick Shebel, German Moyges and Rico Krieger, who was previously pardoned in Belarus.
"In addition to the 24 people whose list was previously cited by The Insider❷, there could be two children among those exchanged in Ankara. According to the Turkish NTV channel, there are two minors on the list. A total of 26 people, including children:
— 10 people will go to Russia;
- 13 — to Germany;
— three are in the USA.
The Insider's list❷ lists 8 people who should go to Russia, presumably, two more — these are the children. Most likely, we are talking about two children (8 and 11 years old) Artyom and Anna Dultsev — intelligence officers who lived in Slovenian and pretended to be citizens of Argentina. At the time of the parents' arrest, they were in foster care," TK later added.
