First deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Culture Elena Drapeko ("Fair Russia — Patriots — For the Truth") is sure that singer Laima Vaikule gathers Russophobes-foreign agents to her festival in Jurmala, because they will definitely not survive alone. She stated this to the portal "Paragraph".

"They have a chance to earn at least a penny, but still earn. In addition, they are looking for a host through such events. In Russia, people have deleted them from their lives, so today fugitive artists need to gain a foothold in a foreign land by any means," the deputy believes.

Drapeko noted that traitors are remembered in our country only because they bathed in popular love for a long time, and then "broke the rose-colored glasses" of their fans.

"For this reason, Andrei Makarevich performed the anthem of Israel with such zeal," she concluded.

As EADaily reported, last year at the Laima Vaikule festival in Jurmala they raised money in support of Ukraine, with an extensive cast of performers and the scale of the event, the audience forked out € 3,629 in 4 days. The collected funds were planned to be spent on summer holidays for 20 Ukrainian children in a local camp, it was reported on the official portal of the event.

The results of the just completed festival this year have not yet been announced. However, video recordings of the appearance at this gathering of 75-year-old singer Alla Pugacheva in ultrashort shorts, who bowed to the Prima Donna almost at the feet of Verka Serduchka (Ukrainian artist Andriy Danilko), as well as Makarevich's performance of the national anthem of Israel, which some of the audience listened to standing, have already been widely distributed.
