In October 2024, it is planned to complete construction work on the launch of a new plant in the Laishevo Industrial Park, where lithium-ion batteries will be produced. This is reported in an article presenting the activities of NETER, which was recently included in the list of the "100 best enterprises and organizations in Russia — 2024".

According to the material, serial production of these NETER products is planned to be launched as early as 2025 with a volume of up to 400 thousand units per year. It is emphasized that the company's batteries do not emit dangerous substances, which makes them more environmentally friendly compared to traditional lead-based solutions.

Currently, the company's assembly plant is located on the territory of the Technopolis "Himgrad" in Kazan, but the new plant involves the implementation of full-cycle production.

"The modern plant is designed not only to meet international standards, but also to introduce a number of innovative technologies into the full—cycle production process - from components to finished assemblies. Special attention is paid to the development of new generation batteries with improved characteristics, in particular, a specific energy consumption of more than 340 Wh/ kg," NETER stressed.

The new building of the enterprise will include an administrative building, a warehouse, a workshop with two production lines, control and testing areas. In the future, it is planned to build a second production line and storage facilities on a land plot of more than 30 thousand square meters. m.

NETER batteries are in demand in various fields, including unmanned technologies, instrumentation, storage and cleaning equipment, medical devices, solar panels and others.

"Specially designed batteries for unmanned vehicles have proven themselves well due to improved characteristics: improved specific energy consumption, stability at high currents up to 140C, availability of a safety data sheet (MSDS), an advanced system for monitoring the battery status on the ground and in flight in real time and the absence of harmful emissions," the manufacturer assures.

At the end of June this year, NETER was awarded an honorary diploma of the winner of the competition in the nomination "The best enterprise in the field of lithium-ion battery production". From July 8 to 11, NETER took part in the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2024 in Yekaterinburg. Tatarstan organized a single exposition where NETER products were presented. On the day of the grand opening, the company's stand was visited by the head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. He highly appreciated the work of NETER and noted the importance of innovations in the field of safe energy solutions.
