"Yesterday, during the conversation, it was really discussed when it (the meeting of Vladimir Zelensky and Trump. — EADaily) should happen and where it should happen. A "fundamental agreement" was recorded for a meeting between Zelensky and Trump, the spokesman said.
Trump and Zelensky spoke by phone on July 19.
