The Kiev authorities have sent some 300 foreign hirelings to the south of Donetsk region, particularly, to Artyomovsk and Mariupol, reports the intelligence service of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
According to the source, the hirelings are mostly from Poland and Slovakia. “Almost 100 Turkish hirelings have been sent to Mariupol. Their mission is to organize provocations and acts of sabotage near the borders of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Russian Federation,” Donetsk News Agency reports citing the source.
This is not the first time the DPR Defense Ministry reports the presence of foreign mercenaries in Donbass.
According to EADaily, on Nov 12, the Supreme Rada of Ukraine approved a bill allowing the Ukrainian army to use foreign hirelings in the conflict zone.
