Today the Ukrainian army is as active in Donbass as it was before Sept 1, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said at an OSCE meeting on Ukraine.
He said that the Ukrainians are using Grad systems, mortars and some other weapons. They are shooting at houses and schools. “They are shooting even in the afternoon when there are lots of peoples in the streets,” Lukashevich said.
He pointed out that during the Contact Group’s Nov 17 meeting in Minsk OSCE observers blamed Ukraine for the high tensions in the security zone.
